ChicagoWest Business Center: At-Grade Railroad Crossing

Tabangay & Turner represented its developer client in petitioning the Illinois Commerce Commission for and obtaining approvals to construct a new at-grade railroad crossing for railroad service at the ChicagoWest Business Center. In addition, the firm assisted its client with obtaining a necessary City easement over a public road for the new at-grade crossing as well as securing UP rail service to the development.
