         Tabangay &amp;amp; Turner  assisted its client in locating and acquiring a 150-acre site in the City of Chicago on which to build this 430,000 barrel liquid asphalt through-put facility. This project was completed over a period of three years. Tabangay &amp;amp; Turner performed all legal work including zoning, subdividing, and setting up a planned development for the site plan on the Calumet River with an accompanying barge dock and rail service. Numerous easements, construction and other contracts were prepared for the client. The project was financed through the issuance of Federal Recovery Zone Bonds issued by the City of Chicago.
