Tabangay & Turner represented its client with the annexation, rezoning and related entitlements for a 114+ acre commercial and industrial business park to be anchored by a national travel center. The firm prepared the necessary annexation and development agreement and represented the client in the negotiation and preparation of easements and a site work agreement for the initial user of the development.
